Welcome to Warqa. These terms explain what you're buying, how payment works, and how we handle your information. By buying from this store, you agree to what's written here. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@warqa.art before you buy.
What you're buying
Warqa sells digital art files — high-resolution images you download and print yourself, at home or through any print shop. You are buying the file for your own personal use: printing it, displaying it in your home, or giving a print as a gift.
You may not resell the file, share or redistribute it, use it to make products for sale, or claim it as your own work. You're buying a personal licence to use the art — you are not buying the copyright, which stays with Warqa.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each piece and are charged in USDT (a cryptocurrency whose value tracks the US dollar). The minimum order is 12 USDT. When you check out, you'll be sent to a secure payment page with a wallet address and a QR code. Please send the exact amount shown so your payment can be matched to your order automatically.
Important — payments can't be reversed. Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or charged back once sent. Please double-check every order before you pay.
Delivery of your files
Once your payment is confirmed, your download unlocks automatically, and we also email your download links to the address you provided at checkout. This is why a valid email is required — it's your backup if the automatic download ever fails.
If you've paid and haven't received your files within a reasonable time, email contact@warqa.art with the email address you used, and we'll make sure you get them.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because these are digital files that are delivered instantly and can be kept forever, we do not offer refunds once payment is confirmed. If something went wrong with your order — you didn't receive your files, or received the wrong ones — contact us and we'll fix it.
What we collect
We keep things minimal. When you buy, we collect:
- Your email address — so we can send your download links and contact you about your order.
- Your order details — which pieces you bought and the payment linked to them.
We do not collect or store your name, home address, or any card or bank details. Payment happens through your own crypto wallet, so we never see your financial information.
How we use it
We use your email only to deliver your order and to help you if there's a problem with it. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone for advertising.
Who we share it with
The only parties involved in handling your order are the services that run this store — our website host and the tool that processes crypto payments. They only receive what's needed to complete your purchase. We don't share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your order and email for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet any record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You can email contact@warqa.art at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
